Outside of work, Paul cherishes his time with his family. He loves to travel and explore new destinations, creating lasting memories with his loved ones. Additionally, Paul is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys coaching baseball and football in his free time. His dedication to mentoring young athletes reflects his commitment to teamwork and leadership, both on and off the field. With his strong work ethic, passion for building relationships, and dedication to personal growth, Paul is an integral part of our team, ensuring our company's continued success.
Tracy Kleinbach
Customer Service Representative
Tracy has over 30 years experience in office management and all aspects of accounting and customer service. She created her own software company providing support for various accounting and custom software packages. Helping clients find the right solutions for their needs and delivering outstanding customer service is her primary focus. Tracy is from Henrietta, NY and enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching the Buffalo Bills, reading, and playing Sudoku.
Daniel Vitello
Director of Sales & Operations
Daniel is the sales manager for Rochester Pest Pro. He joins the team with experience in pest control services. He has a passion for helping others & meeting new people. When he is not working you can find him on the golf course & spending time with his family. Daniel is a former fireman.

Melissa is the new commercial and residential scheduler here at Rochester Pest Pro, we're very excited to welcome her onto the team! With many years of customer service experience in the industry, she will be a wonderful addition to the Rochester Pest Pro family! Melissa loves to spend her free time with her husband and working out in her garden.

In my free time, I love to be with my family outdoors and spend time hiking, going on our boat, and using our go-kart and 4-wheelers. We also like to foster and help with events for a local rescue as often as we are able to and have helped find homes for many puppies and homeless adult dogs over the last year. I am currently working on finishing my last 2 classes for my associate's degree in criminal justice and then plan to move on to obtain my bachelor's degree after that. I love working with people and I would say I am definitely a people person.
